Hello and welcome. What exactly are Personal Growth and Development Services and how can you best make them work for you? Previously known as "Quality of Life" programs, Personal Growth and Development Services means actively supporting military families and ensuring they are able to participate in, and experience a wide range of activities and educational experiences.

For more information, or to register for a course, share an idea, or become an instructor, please call me to discuss the possibilities open to you and your family
.

Personal Growth and Development Services gives you and your family unique opportunities to participate in a variety of programs, courses, trips and educational workshops organized by the MFRC, while you are posted to CFB Suffield.

Our courses cover everything from cooking, quilting and crafting to yoga, golf, tennis and everything in between, and, we're always open to suggestions from you about activites you would like to see offered. At the MFRC, we do our best to provide programs that suit your lifestyle and pocket book, while endeavoring to provide new experiences that enhance your life in fun, social settings. Course costs are low, as we are a not-for-profit organization. The MFRC publishes a monthly calender that contains dates, costs and details for all activities.

How can you get involved in what's going on? There are several ways to participate. Register for one or more course. Tell us what courses you would like to see offered. Our ideas come from your requests. We are always looking for your input and suggestions. Do you have a particular skill or talent that you could share with the community? Become an instructor and let others benefit from your expertise. The possibilities are endless!
