Hello and welcome to the website! I am the Prevention Support and Intervention Coordinator and I aim to help support you and your loved ones in the daily stressors that we can be confronted with. I offer confidential services at the location that feels most comfortable for you. My direct phone number is 544-5555, where I can be reached between 7:30 am-12 noon and 12:30 pm-3:30pm. A smoothly running life is probably everyone's wish. Sometimes though, the realities of life, especially for military families, can't always provide an atmosphere that allows us to maintain our balanced life no matter how well organized we are or how thoroughly we plan for the future. When crisis occurs, we want you to know that we offer a completely confidential place to turn. We can conduct assessments, make referrals to local professionals and topic-appropriate information, provide emergency support and short term counselling (6-10 sessions for individuals or families) free of charge, a resource library and informational workshops and special events to keep you up to speed on how to handle life's little bumps. Sometimes, long term counselling is required. In this case, we can refer you to local community agencies. If our services don't quite fit your needs, we can find you other agencies better suited to assist you.
