Once you have arrived in the village, I will contact you to arrange a 'welcome visit', either at your home or in the MFRC. We have compiled a great welcome package for you, full of relevent facts and contact numbers, which I can deliver at the time of our meeting.

The following lists the program objectives taken from the MFSP Parameters for Practice Accountability Framework:

Service Goal: Welcome and orient families to their new community
OBJECTIVES INDICATORS
1) Family members receive relevant information about their new community.
2) Opportunities are available for newcomers to connect with members of the community.
3) Ongoing opportunities exist for social and personal interactions.
4) Family members feel welcomed into their new communities.
5) Family members transition smoothly from one community to another.
